The Jálama peak with its summit at 1487 meters above sea level is one of the highest peaks in the northwest of Extremadura and the views are amazing. Going up there requires good physical condition, the path you take will be equally steep both going up and down, remember to take everything you need, on the way you will not have anything available, only beautiful views!

Going up there requires good physical condition and can be started in the town of San Martín de Trevejo or by shortening the route by leaving the car in a small parking lot on the side of the road.
