The place itself is not that special. The bullfighting arena is interesting because of the recordings made here for the TV series Game of Thrones. Unfortunately we couldn't go inside. We don't know why, very stiff, unfriendly people at the checkout.

Beautiful door that is in the old center of the town of Marchena and that must have been part of the old wall that was in the town.

It is one of the most enigmatic and least studied doors of the walled enclosure. Through it, the enclosure was directly accessed, while the fortress was reached, connecting the fortress with the field. Its function must have been that of a betrayal door or an escape door that communicated directly with the outside.

At the end of the Vía Verde de la Campiña, you reach the town of Marchena, where you can see from afar the two towers of the town that rise above the town itself.

Beautiful bullring, known for the performances of the bullfighters but currently the scene of one of the most epic scenes in the Game of Thrones series.

Marchena was declared a Historic-Artistic Site in 1966, among the monuments that stand out are: the church of San Juan Bautista (one of the most interesting in the province of Seville, Gothic-Mudejar style with Renaissance elements) and the Puerta de Sevilla also called the Arco de la Rosa (one of the access doors that the walled perimeter of Marchena had).
