Groß Niendorf lies in a flat landscape without any major elevations. The place is in the middle of the town square of Sternberg, Goldberg, Crivitz and Parchim. The 8,400 hectare area, the landscape protection area Dobbertiner Seenlandschaft and middle Mildenitztal, extends along the Mildenitz north of Goldberg over the Dobbertiner See, the Dobbiner and Klädener Plage to the Lenzener See in the area of the municipality of Mustin.

The lake is easily accessible from the Dobbertiner side everywhere. The most beautiful is the bathing area at the campsite. There is a long jetty and a floating platform here. The non-swimmer area is marked. Only recommended 👍

You walk along a path along old beeches. In the summer wonderfully shady, in winter wonderful views of the Woseriner lake.

Great, quiet campsite. It's almost like sleeping in the woods. Nice owners, cheap, not so over run.
