Greek Catholic wooden church of St. George, 1792, NKP On the slope above the village of Jalová, a small Greek Catholic church was built in 1792, sufficient for the number of inhabitants at that time. The Greek Catholic wooden church in the village of Uličské Krivé was built in 1718. It is dedicated to St. Archangel Michael. In Christianity, Michael is considered primarily as the slayer of the devil in the form of a dragon, as well as the leader of the heavenly armies that stand in the east before God's throne. From very early on, Michal portrayed himself as the protector of the gate to paradise.

In the middle of the village of Ruský Potok, an originally Greek Catholic wooden church was built in 1740. It is under the patronage of St. Archangel Michael. Since 2000, it has been transferred to the Orthodox Church. From a construction point of view, it is a three-part, three-space, two-tower temple with two crosses. It is built on a stone foundation. The structure of the temple is a classic log structure, with columns in the tower and vestibule. The body of the church tower is lined with boards, on its roof there is a specially shaped onion, a lantern with a canopy, two onions above each other and a three-armed cross. At the end of the roof above the sanctuary is a simple turret with an onion and a three-armed cross.

Wooden church of St. Michael the Archangel was built at the turn of the 17th and 18th centuries in the village of Topoľa. The temple of a log structure on a stone foundation is built on a slope and is surrounded by a cemetery. The three-room wooden church once stood at the lower end of the village, but in 1780 it was moved above the village of Topoľa, from where there is a beautiful view of the surroundings. The wooden temple has a massive roof in the shape of a truncated pyramid and has only one tower with a three-armed cross. The church bells are currently located in the brick church. The iconostasis from the middle of the 18th century is extremely valuable. It has a four-row architecture and a variety of colors. Part of the area is an empty wooden belfry, which was built in the 20th century. In the vicinity of the church there is a military cemetery that was established in 1917. 240 soldiers of the 44th Infantry Division of General Ziegler's 2nd Austro-Hungarian Army are buried in the cemetery.

The place is really cute. You stand there, the key for the bathroom is hidden on site and at the end you put the money in a mailbox.

The church was built in 1778 and has a very nice iconographic decoration. It is a national cultural monument of Slovakia.
