Stange church is a long church from 1250 in Stangekommune, Hedmark county. The church is administratively located under the Hamar diocese and Stange parish. The church is one of Norway's oldest medieval churches, and is already mentioned in 1225 in Håkon Håkonssons saga. Stange, which was then called Skaun, was described as "a large settlement with many churches and large garages".
