The Sapt dam is an impressive 18-metre-high structure. Also called the Plats dam, it is located on the course of the Semène.

Magical place in spring, a treat to walk on the two banks of the dam

The Rive dam discharges its waters into the Gier reservoir which itself relies on the Soulages dam further south. The view from the dam allows you to see the downstream dam and the Gier water reservoir.

Bezan is a pleasant little lake, lined with walking paths which invite you to discover its history. Among other things, a pitch oven is open to the public and allows you to better understand how pitch was used to polish ropes and laces, but also to caulk barrels, boats and houses.
