The Old Mill is a historic windmill located on Prospect Street that was constructed back in 1746. Notably, this windmill is the oldest functioning mill in the United States. In 1992, it was also designated as a Historic Mechanical Engineering Landmark by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.

Swain Hill is a gentle climb and takes riders to 56 feet above sea level. The highest point on the island of Nantucket is 109 feet above sea level, so Swain Hill takes riders to about half that elevation.

Sankaty Head Lighthouse Parking is at the end of the paved Baxter Road and the start of an approximate 400-foot walk to the Sankaty Head Lighthouse. From here, there are great views of the red and white-striped lighthouse. It was built in 1850 and helped boats navigate safely for over 170 years. Climb to the top for great views of the island and the Atlantic.
