The Outer Loop, spanning 20.3 miles, can be accessed from any trailhead and serves as a portal to all that Glacial Hills provides. This trail traces the perimeter of the Pathways, offering mountain bikers the perfect terrain for extended climbs, rapid descents, and narrow, technical sections.

Just-In Timber Lake, not to be confused with the actor/singer, is a small lake with a pleasant beach area around it, offering plenty of opportunities for various water activities such as water trampoline and more.

"Vasa Singletrack" is a great MTB trail system near Traverse City that has been built by Michigan Mountain Biking Association. There are currently 16 miles of marked mountain biking trails.
