Lovely little cafe with compostable toilet! You can sit inside (which was lovely and warm) or outside - they did have a wasp problem but were actively trying to distract them from the customers!

This section runs adjacent to a small burn. There were maybe 20 people at different points along this pass, it is popular with dog walkers. There are quite a lot of walk boards that are elevated where you will need to dismount and lift the bike over

great cafe to stop off. good coffee and cake. place to fill water bottles and chill inside or out. plenty of free parking

Nice flat long off road ride, 39 miles from Wenford Bridge to Padstow including the short spur to Bodmin. Great views between Wadebridge and Padstow.
