Fascinating castle complex - first mentioned in documents in 1160. From the tower you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the Mühlviertel and the castle complex. The castle complex can also be walked around the outside. One-hour tours can be booked from Mr Markus Koller (0)664/214 31 64

The refuge is highly recommended - very good food with products from the area at affordable prices, cozy for celebrations, large outdoor dining area. Dormitory for 13 people to spend the night.

On clear days there is a view of the Alps and the Czech Republic, there is also a fridge in the control room if the "Hiashittn" is closed and all of this at reasonable prices.
