The wreckage of the Mosquito PF395 which crashed in 1944 killing both crew members. There is no path to this and the crash site was very wet underfoot.

The railway was built to bring in clay for the dam wall of the nearby Chew Reservoir, completed in 1912.

Chew Road leads into the Chew Valley toward Dove Stone Reservoir and provides the most breathtaking scenery for all those who wander down it. Enjoy vistas of rolling hills covered in mixed deciduous woodland and views as far as the Yorkshire Dales.

Good place for a break!

Beautiful clough, especially when the heather is in bloom. Beware, the rocks can be slippery and there are some awkward steps.

Can include wildboar Clough to make a circular route with 2 scrambles, albeit one of them is down a clough...I'd recommend to scramble down torside clough as wildboar Clough would be the more dangerous descent out of the 2 scrambles

I found the hike great.but was boggy in loads of places..very slippery..narrow paths on some parts

A curious gritstone outcrop which looks like two heads kissing from a certain angle. Well worth a visit if you're heading to Bleaklow Head.

Beautiful scenery..I had to keep looking back

Laddow Rocks has one of the best views in the Peak District, in my view! It's a steep climb up to this gritstone outcrop but the view is definitely worth it.
