Aa의 굴곡을 따라 즐거운 코스

The old powder mill was founded in 1686 during the reign of Louis XIV. At the time, it was one of the best powder mills in the kingdom (yes, that’s right!).

The old railway line that connected Saint-Omer to Hesdigneul has now been converted into a walking path. It is very pleasant to walk here...

This natural area is located along the Aa Valley. Trails have been laid out along the Aa for a pleasant stroll along the water.

The old railway line linking Calais to Anvin has been partly transformed into a greenway. From Lumbres to Remilly-Wirquin, you can enjoy more than 5km of walking in the heart of nature! Here, you only come across hikers, horse riders or cyclists, enough to enjoy in complete tranquility along the Aa.

The Église St Léger in Cléty is a Catholic church located in the heart of the village, surrounded by a cemetery1. The church is of simple design, with a single nave and a semicircular apse2. It dates from the 16th or early 17th century and has a tower built in 1662 or 16651. The church has a benitier with a basin in brown marble in Louis XV style, a 0.68 m wooden statue from the 16th century of Sainte Anne, the Virgin and the Child Jesus, and a staircase to the top of the tower where a bell can be seen - there used to be two - with a diameter of 1.10 m, cast by Pierre Voulemin in 1678 and donated by Mary, wife of Adrien de Mames (Mametz), lord of Cléty
