The guarded refuge of Vaktotavare is a beautiful hut located on the edge of Lake Akkajaure. You will find all the amenities to relax there. Accessible by road, the refuge also becomes a great option for a day trip. Do not hesitate to contact the refuge for the latest updates on the public transport that circulates there.

If you get there in time, you can even have a coffee in the nearby café before departure.
