Alkes fits here. The Fliwtrail is flowing and the food at the Mutterer Alm is delicious.

Nice, flowing trail without major technical difficulties. Absolutely suitable for beginners. The lower part can be attached directly to "The First One" (which is, however, more demanding). This is how a really long descent comes about.
