The Mendlingtal adventure world in Göstling an der Ybbs is a fascinating excursion destination that combines nature, culture and history in a unique way. The theme trail "On the Timber Trail" is particularly exciting, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the world of traditional timber rafting and forestry. Along the trail, you can not only enjoy the impressive landscape of the Mendlingtal, but also experience first-hand how tree trunks used to be transported over the water.

The path through the Wasserlochklamm leads up past five waterfalls. The highlight is definitely the two-stage Schleierfall. Here the water plunges 67 meters down.

After heavy rainfall, the large waterfalls are magnificent in the Unesco Global Nature Park.

Especially after days of heavy rain, a lot of water flows – the waterfalls are then magnificent.

A really idyllic place! A covered wooden bridge leads over the Gaflenzbach, below which the water cascades down in a small waterfall and a waterwheel turns next to it.
