Torre dell'Alto can be reached either from the Sp 286 by taking the entrance to Portoselvaggio di Villa Tafuri and immediately turning left. From here you go up on mostly trekking routes suitable for expert bikers. This last route is currently closed due to the road being closed due to the risk of landslides
