The bridge over the Brague, on the outskirts of Valbonne, offers a peaceful and picturesque spot where the river meanders through the woods of the Parc de la Brague. As you cross the old stone bridge, you will be greeted by the soothing sound of flowing water. Ideal for hikers and nature lovers, it marks the starting point for several hiking trails that follow the river through the Parc de la Brague.

The village developed from 1519 around the Benedictine Priory of Valbonne. The planned layout in a chessboard pattern (with the arcade square in the center) has been preserved to this day.
