If you like older buildings and lush surroundings, Gamla Byn is a 5/5 on the experience scale, especially in summer. Beautifully maintained log houses and farms of various ages from the 17th to early 20th century. The district is still inhabited.

Magnificent and elegant sculpture made of 100% locally sourced stainless steel with a cinder brick base. The sculpture has two identical siblings, one hidden behind a barn at Engelsberg Mill, the other in a square in Sheffield, England.

A small campsite with nice operators but you should have registered beforehand. There is a beautiful beach, the sanitary facilities are getting a bit old.

Very nice place for camping. The owners are also very nice and always happy to help. With special swimming area at the sea, with a little beach. Dogs are also welcome. Enjoy the nature!
