Great little cafe, reasonably priced with a nice little outdoor seating area.

Great location to grab a bite to eat or mooch around the shops.

May seem like a useful back way to the Dove Cottage Tea Rooms, but be careful. It has that special kind of mud that doesn't need more than a spray of water to render it like builder's plaster. Left my bike unrideable after a hundred yards.

A stone memorial dedicated to the memory of 6 members of crew from the Lancaster Bomber ED 549 which crash landed just to the north of the memorial on the 5th March 1943 after engine trouble following a mine laying operation over France. Note: The nice little independent Cafe Allez has now been replaced by the castle run coffee shop so they could cut out the people who built it up from nothing. Up to you if you want to give them your business.

lovely place with nice staff. get there early though, quite a queue by the time we left around midday last Sunday.

Very handy little cafe. Quite small but plenty of snacks to satisfy your hunger!

Good cafe but opening hours are not really cycling friendly. Only opens at 11am on a Sunday.

A delightful coffee van parked in the visitor car park of Belvoir castle. Surrounded by wooden benches and with a stunning view across the vale of Belvoir its the perfect outdoors cafe stop. Despite being a van they have use of the Belvoir castle visitor toilets even when the castle is closed to the public. However, it is all outside so potentially less suitable for very bad weather days unless you wrap up warm in anticipation. The staff are awesome! Friendly, chatty and enthusiastic, I visited alone but immediately felt like I had made some new friends. The coffee is amazing. They serve a variety of coffees and have multiple dairy free milk options available at no extra cost. For cold drinks they serve the classic Belvoir sparkling beverages chilled fresh from the chiller. The food is equally delicious. A fresh daily selection of traybakes, cakes, and cookies, there's something for every taste including vegans! On this occasion, I went for the Bakewell tart and must say Bakewell has some competition here. Before you visit do quickly check there Facebook page or website as they are not always at Belvoir castle. I have been informed that they intend to increase there opening days though.
