Wrangle Mill is a Grade II listed mill worked by wind until the 1930s. After this, it was used as an electric hammer mill and has now been converted into a home. Although it's situated on private land, you can see the mill from the road.

Beautiful church situated in the small village of Wrangle in the Boston borough of Lincolnshire. The church boasts a magnificent exterior and interior featuring a number of fantastic stained glass windows.

Benton's Bridge stretches across the North Forty Foot Drain and provides some lovely views up and down the waterway.

This 15 hectare saline lagoon was created to protect the abundance of fantastic birdlife that resides in this area. There is a bird hide located on the lagoon where you can try your luck spotting some of the local favourites including Black-tailed Godwit's, Brent Geese, and the Hen Harrier.

Gorgeous views across River Witham as you approach Boston.

The River Witham rises in Grantham, and here at Boston it flows into The Haven, which is a tidal arm of The Wash.

Boston Lock is a tidal lock between the River Witham and The Haven. It also hosts a great cafe, for a pre-run coffee and post-run refuel.

Seen here from Haven Bank, St Botolph's Church is better known locally as Boston Stump. The octagonal 81 metre spire can be seen for miles around, even off the coast of Norfolk.

Freiston Shore RSPB reserve extends into the "wilderness" of The Wash, one of the UK’s most important estuaries for wildlife. Here you can get excellent views of large groups of waders on the salt water lagoon at high tide. Tree sparrows, yellowhammers and skylarks are common around the reserve throughout the year, with mad march hares in spring, ringed plovers in summer and brent geese and hunting harriers in winter. Pack a pair of binoculars!
