We booked a room in the log cabin for €26. Simple but warm. The breakfast (included) was excellent. I've never started a day so well. I highly recommend spending a night there on your cycling tour.

Easily doable with loaded gravel bikes. Stunning scenery and views, highly recommended.

The Resurrection Cathedral is the landmark of Korçe, an Orthodox cathedral and beautiful.

The old bazaar has been spruced up since its renovation. Much of its oriental flair and bustle were lost: the market bustle gave way to cafés and shops. In return, the old houses are now beautifully restored.

The Resurrection Cathedral in Korçë is a three-aisled Byzantine-style church. Typical of this building are the numerous arcades on its façade—sound arcades on the bell towers and blind arcades on the three naves. There are also arcades on the two side aisles. In recent times, parts of the church façade—especially the blind arcades—have been painted pink.

This interesting building is located on the way from the bus station to the city center. For me, it's typical of Albania; there are many different buildings from different eras packed into just a few square meters. Fascinating.
