Beautiful parkland and a good cafe

National trust Cafe highly recommend

Impressive country house, run by the National Trust but the driveway through the grounds is open to cyclists without charge.

Sexton's Lodge is one of the entrances to the Felbrigg Estate. The house was built in 1864 in the neo-Jacobean style and can now be rented as a holiday home from the National Trust. It has a beautiful garden.

Well worth seeing! Extensive parkland with marked hiking trails, a walled garden with many flowering plants and a dovecote and of course the manor house with its exquisite furnishings of valuable paintings and furniture. The property is managed by the National Trust.

Felbrigg Pond, situated nearby to Felbrigg Hall & St Margaret's, is a peaceful oasis and perfect location for a stroll. You're afforded wonderful views across the immaculate grounds toward the hall, and opportunties to spot the local ducks who frequent this water.

Felbrigg Hall is a National Trust property, built in the 17th century. You are free to roam the grounds from dawn til dusk. If you want to explore the walled garden then you will need to pay. Great stop for a coffee and cake. A nice through road as well for bikes (including road ones) so no need to go back on yourself
