Lovely routes to walk/run. Some sections are a little rough under foot and in winter they can be wet. Two cafes, a large on at the waterpark centre and another lovely one near the lower car park

Sale Water Park is a lovely place to walk and cycle. There’s abundant wildlife to observe and watersports are available. The park has an accessible cycling and walking route, which is suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs. There's free parking, a cafe and toilets available.

Broad Ees Dole Nature Reserve is located in Sale Water Park in the Mersey Valley. The site contains areas of wetland, woodland and grassland.

Great little pub nestled in woodland that serves traditional pub grub! It also has a children's play area and a large beer garden. Dogs are welcome too.
