This charming snack bar is located very close to the dike and offers its guests a wonderful view of the North Sea and the wide landscape of the peninsula. A highlight of the snack bar is the relaxed atmosphere - here guests can sit back comfortably, enjoy the fresh sea breeze and take in the surroundings while enjoying a delicious snack. The menu of the snack bar “Zum Strandkorb” offers a selection of typical North German dishes that delight both locals and tourists. The fresh fish sandwiches, which are made with freshly caught fish straight from the North Sea, are particularly popular. Other classics such as currywurst, chips and homemade soups are also available. If you are a little hungry, there is also a selection of cakes and coffee specialties, which are particularly popular with cyclists and hikers who take a break here. The snack bar's location right on the dike makes it an ideal stop on a bike ride or hike along the Nordstrand coast. The comfortable outdoor seating, some in real beach chairs, invites you to relax and enjoy the fresh sea air.
