The landscape on Skaftö's southern peninsula is barren and was therefore named after Iceland. The trail starts out quite wide and then becomes rockier. Sometimes difficult to see, but mostly well-trodden.

The lighthouse shone here until 1938, when it was replaced by an automatic beacon, which you can reach via a staircase. The charming old lighthouse keeper's house is now privately owned. From the cliff, enjoy the stunning view of the islands between Gullholmen and Gåsö.

Scenic bay with a little beach. When a harsh wind sweeps across Islandsberg, as often happens, you can find some shelter here.

A gentle, flat gravel path through beautiful nature – perfect for a short walk or an easy run. The trail passes a few houses along the way but stays calm and peaceful throughout.

This bay offers shelter and wild camping. A local hotspot.

A small lake on Härmanö (there are many here, although you can never be sure if they are really lakes or just the sea).

Plant is very old and probably still in operation. After it's quite hilly in Stocken, getting the mail can be used directly as fitness training 😊
