The popular Franzl spring is located at the entrance to the Oelsnitzgrund. Clear, clean water bubbles out of it. It tastes good and you can refill your water bottle here. This spring water is said to be of high quality.

The previous building of the church was built in 1741. Christian Ludwig Brehm preached here as village priest from 1813 - 1864. The church burned down in 1958 and was rebuilt in 1964. Their furnishings are simple and practical.
