The neo-Gothic hall church was built of brick in 1892. The church, which burned down during World War II, was restored in 1952.

The city wall of Prenzlau was renovated in the breakthrough – craftsman’s house section, with four soft houses and wall sections being restored.

The city fortifications of are a historic defensive structure, beginning in the 13th century and further expanded in the 14th century. They surrounded the city with a stone wall that was originally about 2.6 km long and up to 9 meters high. Today, approximately 1,416 meters of the wall remain.

The Blindow Gate, also known as the Stettiner Tor, is part of the medieval fortifications of the city of Prenzlau. Originally built in the 13th century as a square defense tower with battlements, the tower is 32 meters high. Today, the Blindow Gate is a popular viewing point.

It was built between 1885 and 1888 according to plans by the Berlin architect Doflein in the neo-Gothic style with rich ornamentation, turrets and columns.

The building played an important role in the history of the region, as it was the seat of the district administrator until 1945 and later the seat of the district council until 1989, as well as a branch of the district savings bank.
