The rest hut is located on the peninsula between Hohenjesarschem and Schloss-See, where the former castle park was also located. A few meters away at the "Alten Damm" there are very nice views of the two lakes.

Right on the shore you can still see the remains of the foundations of the so-called “gondola square”. They come from the former boathouse built in 1824, which is said to have housed three boats resembling Italian gondolas. On special occasions, these were lavishly decorated and lowered into the water and illuminated with lanterns. In 1945 the boathouse was also destroyed and later demolished. Today there is a covered rest area.

The jetty and the demarcation for the non-swimmer area no longer exist. An articulated bus has been added for this 😊, nice bathing area with a large lawn and enough shaded areas. The complex makes a well-kept impression.

The Pfeilerberg with the four striking obelisks is the former castle entrance to the manor and manor of the von Burgsdorff family. The castle was located directly on the lake long before the "Alten Damm" (created in 1869 as a connection between Alt Zeschdorf and Hohenjesar) was built, so that access at that time was from today's Lindenstraße.

The circular route around Lake Treplin is approx. 2.8 km long and there is parking available for a fee (€2.50) at the bathing area or a little further away at the "angler's car park" or along the cycle path (although this is not welcomed). There is a hiking trail around the lake and moor, however the southern part of the lake (near the moor) is quite impassable due to many fallen trees. Nevertheless, the peace is wonderful and invites you to linger.

The 19th century church was badly damaged during World War II and the removal of building materials in the post-war period, so that it was in ruins until 2002. The church tower was able to be repaired again in the post-war years. In 2003 the tower and church roof were renewed, the interior work is planned. The "Christmas market in the church" on the 1st Sunday of Advent is known in the region.

Funny place where a treetop can be climbed via wooden steps, from where the brave can jump into the lake from a height of about 4-5 meters.

The Trepliner watermill was first mentioned in 1405 and was located on the old Poststrasse Berlin-Frankfurt (Oder). In 1960 the mill was largely destroyed during exercises by the combat groups.
