For 30 years now, Norprecht Liebs has been setting up nativity scenes on the forest path in time for Advent every year. His project has become self-perpetuating over the past 30 years. Time and again, people add their own figures and nativity scenes. That's exactly what drives Norprecht Liebs: the joy he inspires in people with his nativity scenes and figures. It's nothing big, but the effect is there. Can be visited until January 6th.

In the Windbergen pilgrimage center there is a toilet which is accessible at all times during the day, and there is an e-bike charging station with 4 sockets in the church car park, which are available free of charge....

This is a secret tip to admire only at Christmas time and it's worth going there whether 🚗 or 🚴‍♂️.

The Dellbrück megalithic tomb is a megalithic tomb from the Neolithic funnel beaker culture near Dellbrück, a district of Bargenstedt in the Dithmarschen district. It bears the Sprockhoff number 152. Excavations took place shortly before 1850 and again in 1917, but there are no publications on them.

After the discovery of a brass figure of the crucified Jesus Christ in the field, the chapel "to the Holy Cross" was built at the site in 1495, which became a pilgrimage chapel. The brass cross has since been dated to the year 1000 and is still in the now larger church.
