According to reports from 1822, the vaults of the castle had collapsed and the stones had been brought to Ulsenheim, the wall leveled, the castle well and the horse pond filled in. In 1858 the establishment of today's Wildberghof, also called Wildberghof Castle, began with the construction of a farm building by Edgar von Öfele. [4] The house was built in 1850. [5] On January 1, 1976, Wildberg and Ulsenheim were incorporated into Markt Nordheim as part of the regional reform in Bavaria.
