Beautiful square with the Old Town Hall, a half-timbered building dating from 1679. Restaurants are available on the square. Traffic has been reduced for the time being.

6월 27, 2025, Historic Town Hall Krumbach
The historic town hall was built in 1679 under Mayor Melchior Steichele. The town hall had several rooms in the basement for storing goods. Until 1880, all butchers and fruit merchants sold their wares in what is now the town hall's entrance. The building and the market square were used as a market stall. Citizens had to pay fixed amounts for their stalls. A Krumbach resident had to pay nothing for one stall, but they did pay for another.

The Lexenried Chapel is an oval building from 1772. Inside there is a ceiling fresco by Jakob Fröschle, which shows a depiction of the Virgin Mary carried by angels in an openwork dome architecture. At the altar there is a miraculous image from the 18th century. Behind the altar there is another fresco by Jakob Fröschle, which was only uncovered again during the renovation in 2006 to 2008.

The Mindeltal cycle path is currently closed due to several construction sites between the junction before the Mindel bridge at Lohhof and Pfaffenhausen. The diversion leads via Heinzenhof to Pfaffenhausen.
