The main attraction of Prinos is the church of Panagia Drakonero, a cross-shaped building with a dome. The artistic decorations around the church gate are unusual and unique for all of Crete. Inside there is a tomb with lion heads, flowers and angels. The coat of arms on top probably belonged to the Zangaroli family. The beautiful and well-preserved wall paintings are also worth seeing.
