It's easy to forget the category. This walk does require some climbing and scrambling challenges. The path starts quite well, but eventually you have to climb over large mountains of boulders, etc. It is very worthwhile. Along the way we saw some carcasses of fallen goats from the mountainside. Watch out for falling rocks

The hike is probably not easy even in summer, definitely not in March. It can also not be created at one time or another in the specified time. We couldn't cross the river once with dry feet, just putting on and taking off socks and shoes (we simply left out pants) takes a really long time. The bypass on the slope is almost dangerous in parts, so it's better to take off your shoes and get in the water!

After a downpour you can't quite make it to the end of the trail. Too many pools blocked our way at the end of October, and it's hard to climb with muddy shoes. What was probably the last high rock barrier, traversed by a small waterfall, proved to be insurmountable and we had to turn back. Nevertheless, a very impressive and demanding gorge hike!

In October the gorge is of course still dry. But it can be climbed up easily. At the beginning of the gorge you can alternate left and right of the river bed Looking for a path with no clothes on. At some point this does not work anymore and you climb over the stones and pebbles in the river bed. All in all a great gorge. You should watch out for falling rocks. Especially when it came to slight earthquakes in Crete, as we did with us.

We hiked along the dry riverbed for nearly an hour and didn’t make it to the stuck boulder. Close towards the marked point there were some huge beasts >2m to overcome and at some point we unfortunately had to turn around. I think easy is not the correct category. Maybe the riverbed changed? As there were only in the beginning some signs it was always helpful to lookout for stonemen to find a good path.

Wanted to do the tour today. With normal rental cars you should / may not drive on gravel roads. We tried it until it got too "hot" because we were afraid for the car. Sometimes the way was very long.

Nice hike, very quiet (only met 2 other hikers), more than half of the way over larger and smaller rocks in a dry stream bed "scrambled". The time is incorrect, took over 2 hours (with a break).

Nice hike !!! The grading as easy has not only surprised us a bit. 1 H. 10min, you can go there and back if you're a goat.
