The forest cemetery near the Mecklenburg town of Kritzow is in the municipality of Langen Brütz in the district of Ludwigslust-Parchim. The mausoleum in the cemetery for the son of the Kritzow landowning family Hansen, who died early, was laid out in 1925. The immediate vicinity was also used for burials in the years that followed. The forest cemetery with field stone wall and mausoleum is on the monument list of the district. The cemetery is about 900 meters east-northeast of the Kritzow manor house on the eastern slope of the Uhuberg in a wooded area. Unpaved forest paths lead to it, but they can also be used by bike. The mausoleum was built by the landowning family Kritzows in 1925 for their only son W. F. A. Hansen (1896-1925), who died young. The estate, which had belonged to the Bülow family for a long time, was acquired by the Hansen family in 1924. The mausoleum was initially surrounded by a simple fence. In April 1945 fallen Wehrmacht soldiers were buried in front of the mausoleum on the Kritzow corridor. The inhabitants of the village continued to use the site as a cemetery, which they surrounded with a wall of hewn fieldstone. The gravestones bear the names of many families who fled at the end of the Second World War and came from the regions of Pomerania and East Prussia. https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waldfriedhof_(Kritzow)

The forest cemetery near the Mecklenburg village of Kritzow is located in the municipality of Langen Brütz in the Ludwigslust-Parchim district. The mausoleum in the cemetery, dedicated to the young son of the Hansen family, who owned the Kritzow estate, was established in 1925. The immediate surroundings continued to be used for burials. The forest cemetery, with its fieldstone wall and mausoleum, is a listed historical monument in the district. The cemetery lies approximately 900 meters east-northeast of the Kritzow manor house on the eastern slope of the Uhuberg hill in a wooded area. It is accessible via unpaved forest paths. The mausoleum was erected in 1925 by the Hansen family, who owned the Kritzow estate, for their only son, W. F. A. Hansen (1896–1925), who died young. The estate, long owned by the Bülow family, passed into the possession of the Hansen family in 1924. In April 1945, fallen Wehrmacht soldiers were buried in front of the mausoleum in the fields around Kritzow. The villagers subsequently continued to use the site as a cemetery, which they enclosed with a wall of hewn fieldstones. The gravestones bear the names of many families who fled at the end of World War II, originating from the regions of Western Pomerania and East Prussia. https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waldfriedhof_(Kritzow)
