“Strathclyde Loch is more than just water: beneath its surface, Bothwellhaugh, a mining village swept away in the 1970s, vanished. Strathclyde Loch is set within Strathclyde Country Park, an internationally renowned Watersports area. A 4-mile (6km) trail loops the loch.
