Vic’s Lake is one of the pretty lakes in Sedgwick County Park, with a small peninsula and three fishing docks, along with a shaded grassy area. The lake is surrounded by a paved path with sidewalks and also a biking trail that goes around it. To fish in the lakes inside the park you will need a fishing license.

With playing courts, picnic areas, paved walking paths, and lots of grassy hills, College Hill Park is a popular spot for walking and spending time outside in the Wichita area. The park backs up to a number of neighborhoods that are good for walking, too.
