It's a rocky trail but easy to follow. It's definitely steep in places so be ready for some steep uphill hiking and steep descents!

Hueco Tanks is a popular spot for hiking, rock climbing, birdwatching, stargazing, and camping. Pictograph, bouldering, birding, and hiking tours are available Wednesday-Sunday; reservations are required and must be made one week in advance. There is an interpretive center, picnic area, and dump station on site.
