Location: in the municipality of Pereiro de Aguiar (Ourense), on the Loña River, a tributary of the Miño. Uses: water supply, irrigation, hydroelectric power generation, fishing; it is not navigable or suitable for swimming. Circular walk: approximately 4 km (3.7 km to be exact), easy difficulty, ideal for families and dogs—although they must be kept on a leash—offering shade, rest areas, and beautiful views.

Known for their hot waters and therapeutic properties, the waters emerge at a temperature of around 77ºC, although the thermal pools are regulated to offer bathing at more comfortable temperatures, around 40ºC. The Barbantes Thermal Park, in Cenlle, Ourense, has a thermal water pool that occupies about 200 square meters. The water temperature is constant, around 28-29ºC, ideal for a relaxing bath. Its water is rich in minerals and known for its therapeutic properties. The park has green areas and rest areas, making it a popular place for thermal tourism. It stands out for being on the Ribeiro Wine Route, an area famous for its vineyards and wineries, combining wellness and wine tourism.

The Roman Baths of Bande, or Aquis Querquennis, in Ourense, are part of an ancient Roman military camp from the 1st century AD, located next to the As Conchas reservoir.
