'Fishing Lake' is part of 'Twin Lakes Recreation Area' and, as the name indicates, is mainly used for fishing. Besides that, there is a nice and short trail leading around the lake, which includes picnic areas.

Cosmo Park is a fun spot for the entire family. With a golf course, playground, sporting fields, and a load of other amenities, there is something for everyone. The park features its own small trail system, and the Bear Creek Trail runs through the heart of the property.

While it's just a short detour (up the stairs) from Katy Trail, it takes a little longer to hike along Eagle Bluffs Overlook Trail. But no matter which way you choose, the views of Perche Creek and Missouri River below you, will be magnificent. There's a pretty good chance to see eagles flying around so keep your eyes on the sky.

Sinkhole Trail in Rock Bridge State Park is named after the multiple sinkholes that you can find along the path. The trail leads through forest and along various remains of building of the early 1900s, like pipes and silos. It's an easy and mostly flat hike that is well-suited for families as well.

Devil's Icebox is a cave in Rock Bridge Memorial State Park and is part of the longest cave system in the state of Missouri. It's home to a very high number of different species, like the Indiana Bat. To protect those bats, the cave is closed at the moment. It is said that the name of the Cave comes from the cold air leaking out of it.
