몇 주 전에 친구들과 함께 이곳에서 Mammoth March를 다녀왔는데, 정말 아름다운 트레일이었습니다!! 고도 상승은 힘들 수 있지만 전해질 타블렛을 강력 추천합니다! 약 30분마다 두 개씩 씹어 먹었는데 정말 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 22마일을 걸었기 때문에 최소 4리터의 물과 풍부한 하이킹 탄수화물이 필요했습니다. Columbia Titanium OmniDry Hiking Miss 한 켤레를 샀는데 정말 훌륭했습니다! 하이킹 전에 몇 번 신어봤는데 발이 내내 너무 행복했습니다. 아프지도 않고 모두 건조했습니다!! 이 트레일에는 여러 종류의 지형이 있으므로 좋은 하이킹 신발을 강력 추천합니다. 폭포와 함께 협곡도 정말 멋졌습니다. 다시 오겠습니다!!

From this spot along the Gorge Trail you get great views of the Upper Falls on the Genesee River in upstate New York. You also get great views of a huge railroad bridge arching above the falls. This is a great spot to snap some photos before continuing on your hike.
