A magnificent castle, with stunning gardens and a superb view of the Loire and its valley. Works of art are also displayed in the castle grounds, in addition to the gardens.

This beautiful trail begins on the banks of the Loire before winding through the trees. A superb, calm and bucolic section.

The second garden, known as "Goualoup", has hosted the International Garden Festival since 1992. As the seasons change, this annual event (from April to October) has become an unmissable meeting point for new, contemporary garden designers: landscape architects, set designers or gardeners. Each year has its theme, which the artists bring to life with originality and imagination. The park and the International Garden Festival of Chaumont-sur-Loire were awarded the "Jardins Remarquables" (Remarkable Gardens) and the "Arbres Remarquables" (Remarkable Trees) label in 2011, thanks to the exceptional cedars that adorn the Domaine's park.

This route is an experience, and cycling through a piece of beautiful nature is a must. I can only recommend this cycle path to everyone!

Very pleasant and very peaceful circuit

Sublime castle, with magnificent gardens and a superb view of the Loire and its valley. Works of art are also present in the castle park, in addition to the gardens.

I walked the route with my dogs, so I only walked around the castle and the castle gardens and did not go inside. The promenade along the Loire is very beautiful, natural and picturesque. I had hoped to get a view of the landscape from above, but that was not really possible at any point on this path. Still a nice walk.

On the banks of the Loire the boats
