Very beautiful waterfalls along the way and very well developed.

Glenariff Forest Park is a beautiful park located in County Antrim in Northern Ireland. The park covers over 1,185 hectares and has a number of scenic trails that run past some of the most beautiful waterfalls in Northern Ireland. We spent a day hiking around this beautiful waterfall.

This small waterfall of the Schmink River can be admired less than 300 m from the hiking trail.

Donard Park is a beautiful public space located at the foothills of the Mourne Mountains in Newcastle, Northern Ireland. The park boasts some wonderful views of the mountains, including up to Slieve Donard, which is the highest of them all. You can also discover woodland trails, a babbling brook and mini waterfalls.

Many walks start out from the information centre near the parking. It costs £5 (2023) to park at the visitor centre. Entry on foot is free. The waterfall walk takes you down into the gorge where you can walk along paths and wooden walkways to admire the waterfalls.

Crawfordsburn Country Park has two excellent beaches, views across Belfast Lough, scenic walks and a stunning waterfall. The large visitor centre and café is open seven days a week with a natural play area, geology garden and miles of designated walking routes. The Woodland’s Café at Crawfordsburn Country Park is open every day from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm.
