Under the Harburg, you can skip the walk through the construction site further up. However, there's a barrier in the middle of the route that spoils the fun.

A beautiful cycle path for mountain bikes and gravel bikes. The gradient is moderate due to the old railway line. It's easy to miss the start at the edge of Wieda.

Very interesting place, if I remember correctly there is also a plaque there.

Over 100 year old kiln from a former gypsum factory that was still in production until the 1990s.

A guided tour gives you an interesting and funny insight into the production of grain brandy and we enjoyed it too. We can absolutely recommend a tour like this and the cost of 9 euros per person is a real bargain.

Exit towards Badra very bad asphalt, so be careful. Otherwise nice pass road with medium traffic (motorway feeder road, but not a fast route for cars). Relatively tight bends.
