The landscape between Dobersberg and Karlstein is not overly crowded and is characterized by wide fields and views. Just like here!

In this small hut you can take a seat and treat yourself to a break in the middle of the green idyll. There is even a barbecue facility!

The pioneer footbridge is part of the forest nature trail in the Dobersberg Nature Park. Over a total of around one and a half kilometers you will learn everything about the Thayatal habitat on this informative educational trail.

As one of 1,600 natural monuments in Lower Austria, the Paulstein is located directly on the Thaya and offers you not only a beautiful view, but also wonderful nature all around.

Not only the interesting underground passage should be planned to stay. The associated inn also has an absolute recommendation. Good kitchen and friendly staff.

While driving past the Thayatal cycle path I noticed this footbridge over the Thaya and I made the short detour to the shore to look at it. A hiking trail in the nature park continues on the other bank. The jetty offers a beautiful view of the water and is equipped with a wheelchair ramp.

The "Paulstein" near Kleineberharts (north of Waidhofen / Thaya) is a 35 meter long and 8-10 meter high rock formation on the left bank of the Thaya. The rock and the immediate vicinity were declared a natural monument in 1989.
