The wide forest road leading uphill is easy to ride. The view is perfect at this time of year. But unfortunately, the area is becoming increasingly littered and dilapidated. The narrow path on the opposite side of the forest road is also no longer passable. The detour around Wilhelmshöhe, necessitated by forestry work, is anything but enjoyable.

Unfortunately there was no summit book left in the holder, perhaps it would be possible to enter into a digital summit book using a QR code or other techniques.

Beautiful small, modernly designed chapel dedicated to Saint Barbara. There is a small, quiet bench here to rest, recharge your batteries, think and perhaps also have a quiet conversation.

Interesting location, but thanks to Komoot you can find everything!! I was surprised at the shape, but the text explained it, it's supposed to be reminiscent of old tunnels.

And the second cross is also reached :-) !! It is beautifully situated, I enjoyed my break there.

It was worth taking the ladder to heaven, at the top I found it very nice to walk on the plateau.

Who would have thought that you would find summit crosses in Frechen? And then 2 more!!! I think it's great and at the point you have a great view if the weather permits.
