The mountain lake is a small lake at 382 m above sea level. It is a natural lake up to 13 m deep, which was altered by human hands in 1802 and 1803. At that time, it was called the Black Lake.

The mountain lake is actually worth a visit at any time of the year - particularly colorful in autumn, significantly cooler in summer than down in the city, very little visited in winter and refreshingly different in spring...

The north side of the mountain lake is wonderfully idyllic and close to nature. If you want, you will find the restaurant and the boat rental on the south side.
