Gravelbiken rund um Marast bietet eine Landschaft, die sich durch welliges Gelände und signifikante Höhenunterschiede auszeichnet und somit für abwechslungsreiche Fahrerlebnisse geeignet ist. Die Region umfasst Flusstäler, wie die rund um den Ognon, mit Routen, die oft Brücken überqueren und durch ländliche Umgebungen führen. Fahrer können eine Mischung aus Anstiegen und Abfahrten erwarten, wobei einige Routen über 500 Höhenmeter gewinnen. Das Gebiet umfasst auch ausgedehnte Waldgebiete und die einzigartigen Naturmerkmale des Plateau des 1000 Étangs.
