자갈길 라이딩은 "Serre Salentine" 지역 내에서 완만한 구릉 지형과 약간의 바위가 있는 경사면을 특징으로 합니다. 이 지역은 광대한 고대 올리브 과수원, 전통적인 돌담, 소나무 숲 및 지중해 관목 지대로 특징지어집니다. 해발 65미터에서 106미터 사이의 고도로 인해 관리하기 쉬운 경사를 제공합니다. 팔마리지는 또한 아드리아 해에서 10킬로미터도 채 떨어져 있지 않아, 내륙 자갈길과 해안 전망을 결합한 코스를 즐길 수 있습니다.
