The Parish Church of Santo André de Cedeira is a beautiful example of 18th-century Baroque architecture. Located in the parish of Cedeira, in Redondela, this church was designed by the renowned architect Fernando de Casas Novoa, who is also known for his work on the Obradoiro façade of the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela. The cemetery attached to the church also has great historical value. At its entrance, you can read an inscription that reads: “Gloria eterna a cantos aquí xacen e que nos deron a vida, a terra e a lingua” (Eternal glory to all those who lie here and who gave life, land and language)⛪
