Start at the Volg La Punt restaurant in the direction of Zuoz. Upon reaching the golf course at the border with Madulain, turn right and follow the forest road above the golf course. This path has some beautiful climbs of approximately 100 meters. At Resgia, take the paved road back to La Punt, always below the golf course. The finish line is back at the Volg restaurant. S-chanf, along with the hamlets of Chapella, Susauna, and Cinuos-chel, is one of the last or first municipalities in the Upper Engadine, depending on where you're coming from, and is located at the entrance to the National Park. The elongated village, situated on the Inn River, owes its charm to its intact historic center and the Romansh language, which is still spoken here.

Still quite well preserved Engadine village, relatively little tourist traffic.

The stone slab path, also called “La Plotta”, winds up the mountain here. Once you reach the top, you will be rewarded with breathtaking views of the Sciora group and Pizzo Badile.

The intact historic village centre of S-chanf exudes an irresistible, original charm and exudes the spirit of a culture that still fully reflects its Romanesque roots.

Zuoz, in the Engadin high valley in Graubünden, is one of the most beautiful and best preserved Engadin villages.
